The last, concerning Robert Gilbert Coshott, is the decision of the Full Federal Court in Coshott v Parker [2019] FCAFC 14.
The series of cases raise a range of legal issues, often taken on appeal, which could be the source of an interesting academic study, in whatever area of law, or other, might be thought relevant.
